Email notifications

1. Open Settings → Notification Channels and click Add Channel.
2. Select Email, enter a name and one email address, and save.
3. Open the verification message sent to that address and confirm the address on the page it links to.

An email channel holds one address. To alert several people, create one channel for each address. Each address is verified separately.

Unverified email channels receive no alerts. A test message is sent even before verification, so a successful test does not prove that the channel is verified. If the verification message does not arrive, check spam and use Resend Verification on the channel (limited to six requests per minute).
