Quick Start
- Click Add Site from your dashboard
- Enter your website URL and configure check frequency
- Set up notification channels in Settings
- That's it! Monitoring begins immediately

- Navigate to Sites from the sidebar
- Click Add Site in the top right
- Enter your URL, a friendly name, and check interval
- Select check types: HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL
- Click Save — monitoring begins immediately

- Monitor both production and staging environments

FAQ
How often does UptimeVanguard check my sites?
You can configure the check interval per site: every 1, 5, 10, or 30 minutes. We recommend 5-minute intervals for most sites.
What happens when a site goes down?
We immediately send alerts via your configured channels and create an incident record. We continue checking and notify you when it recovers.
Can I share uptime status with customers?
Yes! Create a public status page from Status Pages in the sidebar. Choose which sites to display and share the unique URL.
How many sites can I monitor?
Depends on your plan. Check your account settings to see your current limit. Upgrade anytime to add more.
What's the difference between HTTP and DNS checks?
HTTP checks verify your website responds with a valid status code. DNS checks ensure your domain resolves correctly. Enable both for comprehensive monitoring.
