By accessing or using Uptime Vanguard ("Service"), operated via uptimevanguard.com and app.uptimevanguard.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Uptime Vanguard is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that monitors the availability and performance of websites and online services. Features include:
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the Service. No payment information is required to start a trial.
At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be restricted and monitoring will be paused.
After the free trial, the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you choose.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@uptimevanguard.com and we will review your case.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
We strive to provide reliable, continuous monitoring. However, the Service is provided on a "best effort" basis. We do not guarantee:
We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. Unscheduled downtime may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@uptimevanguard.com or through your account settings. Upon deletion:
We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records) as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the property of Uptime Vanguard and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (URLs, configuration, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Dutch and EU consumer protection regulations.
The Service integrates with or relies on the following third-party services:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
If you are an EU consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence.
