Maintenance windows

1. Open Maintenance and create a window before planned work begins.
2. Set a title, start and end, and select the affected site or the whole team. Review the timezone displayed by the form.
3. Save the window and check its scope. Applicable alerts are suppressed during maintenance; measurements may still be collected.
4. Edit or delete the window when plans change. Hosted status pages display active and scheduled windows for their services.

A maintenance window is different from pausing a site: pausing stops scheduled monitoring for that site. Do not interpret a maintenance window as a guarantee that uptime reports exclude every measurement from that period.

If alerts still arrive, check the site's team, the saved times and whether the notification was already queued before maintenance began.
